Double Garbage? YES!

We have had a LOT of requests for add ons, people asking if they can get an additional game or two.  We have heard you and it may break the bank on all our intricate shipping calculations, but GO FOR IT!

Any backer who wants to get a 2nd copy of the game (Green Can Version) can just add another $18 to your existing pledge.  Yes, that is right, only +$18 for a 2nd copy and NO EXTRA SHIPPING.  You can add up to 2 more copies this way, so if you add $36 more to your existing pledge then you could get 3 copies of the game!

Please note the 2nd and 3rd copies of the game will be the STANDARD GREEN VERSION only, they are perfect for gifts!  But wait, there's more!  We'll even through in an extra Smelly Expansion Pack for each copy of the add-on game.  Remember, only the KS version of the game will come with this expansion and the Smelly Expansion is a 21-card expansion that comes with an extra Clutter and Starting Room card, so you can play up to 6 Players that way!

How to ADD TO YOUR PLEDGE:

 Go for it all of you, remember, by adding to your pledge you will also get us closer to unlocking our other goals.  We really want to offer those other expansions and hope we can quickly get to those goals!

Stretch Goals Blowing Up!

OK, we have seen the writing on the wall, we know where we stand.  We know what to expect.  We KNOW this game is going to be made and have a good idea how much we might raise on this project.  We know we will be making copies of the game with a custom mold AND a special run of the limited edition game in the shiny garbage can.  So let's face it, what are the $30 k and $35 K goals REALLY going to do for us?  After $25 K there really isn't a cool/workable goal.  

Well forget that.  We are stepping it up.  More than that we are blowing it up.  As of now Mayday Games is calling the $30 k and $35 k goals "unlocked", whether we reach them or not.  We ARE going to do the custom mold AND we are doing the shiny limited edition version.  Here is the wrap around we have put together that will go on the Limited Edition Shiny Can version:

 So now what?  Well for starters when we hit $30 K we are going to add two more cards to the Smelly Expansion, making it 20 cards total.  Why?  Well for one with the Smelly Expansion you have enough cards to play the game 6 PLAYERS rather than 5 players only.  Yes, we have tested it and it works great.  So naturally we need one more Starting Room Card, AND one more starting CLUTTER CARD for the 6th player.  So we will put that 20 card mini-expansion together and we will sell it for between $6 and $8 later on down the road to people who buy the game later, but we are including it in EVERY REWARD for free!  CRAZY TALK?  Yeah, we think so too!

So what else do we have in store?  How about our next expansion.  We've commissioned the art and taken the leap of faith, we are going to do a 16-card mini expansion called "The Office Expansion". Each mini-expansion is $1 to you backers, or if we unlock them all then we will offer all 5 mini-expansions for just $4, though we will sell it later for $6-8 we expect.  Help us to get to these goals!

Rather than wait for $15-$20 K per stretch reward, we are doing these every $2,500.  So jump up and share the project and help us get that next $2,500 quicker so we can rejoice together in more garbage.  Check out these cool new cards!

 Stretch Rewards Reveal

We have some great updates for stretch rewards coming soon, like the dropping of the $35 k goal for example.  That's right, that goal is toast.  Who were we kidding, the shiny silver garbage can is too cool NOT to do and that is what we are promising our Platinum and Gold level backers anyway, so we are just going to UNLOCK it now!

Over 1,000 Backers!

Yes, we have over 1,000 backers now and our Platinum Sticker tier is sold out!  The Gold Tier was just opened for our 2nd level backers!  This is crazy!

Call To Action

Hello backers!  We are moving right along and closing in on the $20 k mark!  One thing this project needs is more exposure, so we have a quick request for all of you.  Can you PLEASE jump over HERE and vote for GARBAGE DAY for the KS project of the week on the MeepleMechanic?  It will help us gain more exposure and hopefully get even more backers so we can unlock more stretch rewards!
